We request the company to sign a document, with the power of an attorney, authorising RALA and the tilaajavastuu.fi service to access the information specified in the Act of the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out.

Who may apply for RALA Competence verification?
Companies in the construction sector and public administration organisations that have executed reference projects in Finland, and can present adequate financial statements, are eligible to apply for a RALA Competence verification.
The RALA Competence is granted to an individual business ID and in a specific category according to the RALA list of certification categories. A corporate group may apply for a RALA Competence verification separately for each subsidiary or division.
